You can correct minor problems in your smile with a dental bond.

Dental bonding is one of the easiest and least-expensive ways to address minor problems with your smile. Dental bonding is fast and painless and can be completed in one visit to our office.

If you have problems with teeth that have minor cracks or chips, have become discolored, are the wrong size of spaced too far apart, why not ask our dentist, Dr. Kimberly Fee about bonding?

The surface of the tooth is slightly abraded to help the bond adhere to it. Then the dentist will mix a resin so that it matches the color of your tooth. When the resin is ready, the dentist will mold it in place around your tooth and give it its proper shape. Once the bond has cured, the dentist will trim it and then polish it to give it the look and strength it needs.

With the proper care, including brushing and flossing, your bond can last up to ten years in many cases. However, you will still need to see your dentist for your regular checkups and during the first 24 hours that you have you bond, it may be more susceptible to staining. So that is something to keep in mind when you are planning your meals.

If you live in the Prescott, Arizona, area and would like to find out if a dental bond is right for you, we would be happy to see you for a consultation. To make you appointment, call 928-778-7410 today.
